Scheduler in support of a 70-day EPU Refueling Outage. Responsible for
developing and maintaining the logic needed for managing the implementation
of a multi-driven projects related schedule. These schedules involved
upgrading feed-water heaters, pipe modifications-stress/supports, motors, and
structural CALCs utilizing total float and critical path methodology (CPM)
w/Primavera (V6.2) software. Target schedules were used for tracking progress
with SPI and Earned Value Curves, against a 15,000 resource loaded integrated

10/10-5/11 Responsible for updating the
Maintenance activities for the 30-day Refueling outage at Grand Gulf &
was a member of the “Maintenance War Room” for SHAW as the single point of
contact for schedule enhancements, including Critical Path Analysis and
performance reporting to On-Shift Managers. Shared in the development &
execution of a 34,000 activity loaded schedule in carrying out the daily
build of the Nuclear Enrichment Facility under the supervision of EURENCO, a
German-based company. The schedule was both cost & resource loaded for
performance tracking and involved daily practices such as, schedule updating,
field walk downs, various discipline interactions and other project-related
meetings in support of data collection and schedule loading. 3/09 - 7/09 Responsible for reviewing and
revising project schedules and implementing cost controls for hurricane
relief projects throughout the southern regions. Schedules ranged from
hundreds to thousands of activities all resource loaded using the critical
path methodology (CPM). Weekly meetings and site visits were conducted, as
well as, management level reporting showing project status in regard to time

Controls point of contact for the client (Liniment Power) responsible for
reviewing and analyzing the schedules and daily project controls related
reports (e.g. commodity curves, earned vs. planned rates) issued by the Prime
Contractor (Flour-Daniel) to the client. My position was to review and ensure
that the project plan schedule was on track and that any delays were being
reported to the client on a timely basis. Ensured that the client was aware
of any schedule perturbations and all delays were being recorded as a result
of in-depth schedule reviews and analysis. Took the lead in ensuring that a
Punch List was developed and followed through substantial completion.
Attended daily meetings with the Client and the General Contractor.
Participated in daily field walk downs and inspections of work progress and
documented any safety or schedule restraints. Provided the client with a
weekly & monthly Project Schedule Status. 10/07 - 2/08 7/07 - 10/07 Responsible for the EPC schedule
development and execution of a CPM project schedule for a large-scale
renovation / addition project at the renown Grand Casino Resort. Project
included major renovation of existing buildings and addition of retail
stores, theater, bowling center, and hotels. Required attendance at daily
project meetings and field walk downs. 1/07- 7/07 7/06 - 12/06 EPC schedule development,
tracking and implementation of Pre-Outage and Refueling Outage work scope in
support of an Extended Power Up-Rate at Plant Vogel & Farley. Worked
closely with Westinghouse and Bechtel in gathering schedule information and
deliverables for the design, procurement and implementation phases. Responsible for schedule
development, integration, implementation and tracking of major plant systems
required for plant re-start using Primavera P3 (V3.1). Responsible for schedule
development and implementation for projects involving new EPC construction of
prisons, court houses, airport transportation security, and high-rise
condominiums. As Schedule Manager (Boeing offices in Richardson, TX)
responsible for schedule procedure development and tracking tools in support
of nationwide airport security systems for the Transportation Security
Administration (TSA) funded by the US Congress. Responsible for the development,
integration and tracking of a master EPC schedule which consisted of over 90
sub-projects. Reported directly to the client (Washington Metropolitan
Airport Authority) in the construction and renovation of the Reagan National
and Dulles International Airports. 10/00 – 2/01 Assigned as part of a team to
implement updated scheduling practices in support of the "Black
Rocket" Project. This included introduction of new scheduling software
(Primavera) and ways to schedule, track, and report on individual project
status. 9/90 – 10/00 Responsible for schedule
development, integration, implementation and tracking of assigned nuclear
plant systems work as it related to planned and unplanned forced outages, and
scheduled refueling outages. The position required long-range planning, work package
reviews and incorporation into the IMS, frequent schedule meetings, daily
multi-departmental interface, plant walk-downs, familiarity with plant
systems and components (in-depth knowledge of plant procedures, Tech Specs,
drawings, LCOs, and system interrelationships). Responsible for reproduction,
receiving and transmitting controlled documentation during the construction
phase of the plant. Later assigned as Auditor for the Surveillance Department
to ensure the latest revisions were being used by contractors to carry out
work as documented on drawings, procedures, specifications and change
