AT&T Mobility Project thru Bechtel Corp. – Sr. Scheduler – King of Prussia, PA             7/13-Present
Responsible for developing and maintaining schedules for implementation of power and tower scope for the AT&T Telecommunications Market in the Pennsylvania, Washington, and Delaware areas. The work consists of leveling the work crews throughout the Northeast and coordinating the pre-established milestones involved in allowing the fieldwork to commence. Most of the tools used in this market range from an SQL environment and heavy use of Excel. This position does require extensive training and knowledge of the telecommunications market and continued interaction with the departments that make up the entire process. (Special access is required to work in the workplace.)
 

Monticello Plant thru Bechtel Corp. – Lead Scheduler – Monticello, MN                         1/12-6/13  
Responsible for schedule oversight of (9) schedulers in developing and maintaining the scope & logic needed for managing a 5-Year Major Modification / Maintenance Contract at The Monticello Nuclear Power Plant in Monticello, MN. The work consists of (5) Major MODs and several Emergent / Capital Projects as they are released. Utilize total float and critical path methodology (CPM) w/Primavera (V8.0) software. Target schedules are being used for tracking progress with SPI and Earned Value Curves, against an approximated 3,000 resource loaded activity schedule worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Pt. Beach Station thru Bechtel Corp. – Project Controls Engineer – Two Rivers, WI        10/11-12/11     

Worked as s PC Engineer / Sr. Scheduler in support of a 70-day EPU Refueling Outage. Responsible for developing and maintaining the logic needed for managing the implementation of a multi-driven projects related schedule. These schedules involved upgrading feed-water heaters, pipe modifications-stress/supports, motors, and structural CALCs utilizing total float and critical path methodology (CPM) w/Primavera (V6.2) software. Target schedules were used for tracking progress with SPI and Earned Value Curves, against a 15,000 resource loaded integrated activity schedule.

NMP2 thru Day & Zimmerman - Project Controls Engineer - Lycoming, NY                  05/11 - 10/11   
Responsible for developing and maintaining schedules for (9) major EPC capital projects. The schedules were resource & cost loaded and SPI & CPI was reported on a weekly basis. The schedules utilized total float and critical path methodology (CPM) with Primavera (V5.0) software. Activity Burn-down Curves in excel were also needed for tracking progress against a target schedule.
 

Monticello Plant thru TRIVIS Inc. – Sr. Scheduler – Monticello, MN                                  10/10-5/11   
Sole Project Controls position responsible for developing and maintaining the logic needed for managing a Major MOD for Appendix R Hot / Shorts for AOV & MOVs. The integrated schedule consisted of 3,500 activities that were resource loaded for manpower tracking purposes. Additional work included schedule update meetings, cost tracking, contractor schedule reviews and incorporation and point of contact for Sr. Management Reporting. 

Grand Gulf & Waterford Plants thru SHAW Stone & Webster Corp. - Sr. Scheduler       5/10-7/10  

Responsible for updating the Maintenance activities for the 30-day Refueling outage at Grand Gulf & was a member of the “Maintenance War Room” for SHAW as the single point of contact for schedule enhancements, including Critical Path Analysis and performance reporting to On-Shift Managers.
Project Scheduler for SHAW at the Waterford Nuclear Plant in support of an EPU Refueling Outage. At this time was also responsible for on-line & pre-outage scheduling using the T-Week process.

NMP2 thru Footbridge Engineering - Sr. Scheduler - Lycoming, NY                                  11/09 - 5/10
Responsible for developing and maintaining the logic needed for managing an EPU during a 30-day Refueling Outage. Primary focus was on schedule development & maintenance of the replacement of the 3rd Pt. FW Heaters & Motors successfully. Good communication was required between D&Z, Hakes Rigging and Weld-Tech personnel to accomplish this task in a timely manner during this refueling outage shutdown with a primavera 24 hourly schedule using the critical path methodology (CPM).

EURENCO thru CJ Design Concepts - Project Controls Engineer - Eunice, NM               7/09 - 11/09           

Shared in the development & execution of a 34,000 activity loaded schedule in carrying out the daily build of the Nuclear Enrichment Facility under the supervision of EURENCO, a German-based company. The schedule was both cost & resource loaded for performance tracking and involved daily practices such as, schedule updating, field walk downs, various discipline interactions and other project-related meetings in support of data collection and schedule loading. 

US Army Corp. of Engineers thru Luster Co. - Project Controls - New Orleans, LA  

3/09 - 7/09  

Responsible for reviewing and revising project schedules and implementing cost controls for hurricane relief projects throughout the southern regions. Schedules ranged from hundreds to thousands of activities all resource loaded using the critical path methodology (CPM). Weekly meetings and site visits were conducted, as well as, management level reporting showing project status in regard to time and cost.

Acted as the sole Project Controls point of contact for the client (Liniment Power) responsible for reviewing and analyzing the schedules and daily project controls related reports (e.g. commodity curves, earned vs. planned rates) issued by the Prime Contractor (Flour-Daniel) to the client. My position was to review and ensure that the project plan schedule was on track and that any delays were being reported to the client on a timely basis. Ensured that the client was aware of any schedule perturbations and all delays were being recorded as a result of in-depth schedule reviews and analysis. Took the lead in ensuring that a Punch List was developed and followed through substantial completion. Attended daily meetings with the Client and the General Contractor. Participated in daily field walk downs and inspections of work progress and documented any safety or schedule restraints. Provided the client with a weekly & monthly Project Schedule Status.

NMP2 thru WMI - Project Controls Engineer - Lycoming, New York                             

10/07 - 2/08
Responsible for the development, integration and implementation of a project schedule for a Major Modification (Iron Pre-Filter). This included on-line, pre-outage and outage scheduling and coordination / integration in support of Refueling Outage RF-08. The schedule was resource loaded and development and maintenance of a WBS was initialized.

Responsible for the EPC schedule development and execution of a CPM project schedule for a large-scale renovation / addition project at the renown Grand Casino Resort. Project included major renovation of existing buildings and addition of retail stores, theater, bowling center, and hotels. Required attendance at daily project meetings and field walk downs.
